More about us

'Being disciples of Jesus together - making disciples of Jesus together'

We have a membership of about 80 and meet every Sunday at 10.00am for Morning Worship. The second Sunday in the month is a Communion Service. To find out who is preaching on a particular Sunday please take a look at the calendar. All services include prayer, worship and a message. Currently the evening service is at 6.30pm with communion on the 1st Sunday Evening of each month. Please join us.

We meet for coffee and fellowship after each Service. There is also opportunity for prayer with an Elder or someone on Prayer Duty, both in church or the Prayer Room.

The Youth Worship Band (teenage +) meet at 7.00m on Wednesday.  Contact the Youth worker - Laura - for more details. Young people take part in the services in all different roles, but a creche and Sunday school is available for those aged up to 12.

Small Groups (Cell or House groups) meet at various locations, either in homes or at the church during the week. Details of where and when can found in the Calendar with details about the groups themselves available on the Church Groups page. One such group is shown above with the Bishop from The Bread of Life International Church, Zambia, a project supported by our church.

A meeting for 'Carers and Toddlers' -The Sunbeam Club - is held on Wednesday mornings and The Guild, for older members and friends,  on Thursday afternoons. Friday evening has 'Rock Solid' a kid's club for those aged 5-11. For more information see the Church Groups page and times of all the above activities can be found on the Monthly Calendar.

The Foyer - Come and see what the Lord has done in Tonbridge

The Foyer is the new front of church area which runs as a drop-in centre every morning of the week. It offers a warm welcome and  affordable hot or cold drinks. IThe staff are volunteers from all churches who are happy to keep you company, to chat or lend a listening ear.  There is also the opportunity for prayer in the church or upstairs in the Prayer Room, alone or with someone. Or you can leave a prayer request to be included in the Sunday Service prayer time.  The Foyer Drop in Centre aims to keep a Christian presence on the High Street and provides information about the wider church community and their activities. Because the Foyer is accessed directly from the High Street it is ideal for those who need a level walking surface, use walking aids, wheelchairs or prams.  Recent refurbishment has made The Foyer a pleasing light, bright area to sit in, with the added advantage of bus stops immediately outside.  The Foyer continues this church's history of being open to serve the people of Tonbridge and visitors, and has been doing so on this site for over 32 years.
