Christ Church URC Guild

The Guild meets on Thursday at 2.15pm. While most of the members are women we do welcome men.

The first 15 minutes comprises a short time of praise and prayer. The next 30 minutes or so is given over to a speaker. These talks are on a wide variety of subjects. Sometimes there is other arranged business such as a Bring & Buy sale.  Alternatively members sometimes use the time to talk and chat with each other and air their views on a particular subject.

The meeting ends with refreshments - a cup of tea and biscuit - at around 3.15.

The Guild is a small group, but we hope a friendly one, offering friendship in an informal atmosphere and we welcome visitors whether from within the church or anywhere else.
