The Church is in the High Street (opposite McDonalds). The cafe area is open to all for a chat and a drink 10am to 1pm every weekday and 10am to 12 midday on Saturdays. Please drop in and see us! The church holds Morning Worship every Sunday at 10am Evening Services at 6.30pm although please check Calendar for details. Christ Church belongs to the denomination known as the United Reformed Church (URC). We aim to work with the other Churches in the town, and build up the faith of all who are part of the Church through worship, teaching, fellowship and Bible study, and to help one another to become more like Christ. We believe we have a special calling as the Church on the High Street, making Christ known through our love, our joy, our words and our activities and to bring new people into the Kingdom of God.
